This is another elevation for the Willow Glen Gaffney Homes Signature Series of house plans built in Old Ballard Farm and is also now a private residence. Arktek modified the base plan to create the new revised elevation within the same set of drawings. This illustrates the power of Computer Aided Design or CAD - once the plan is drawn it can be can be modified as desired to suit the homeowner's taste and budget or to create multiple plan options for the builder.
